Two drivers are in serious but stable condition after a two-car crash Thursday afternoon just east of Colorado Springs, the Colorado Springs Fire department said in a tweet.
Firefighters responded to the crash just after noon at the intersection of Memorial Drive and South Union Boulevard near Memorial Park, the fire department tweeted.
The two people seriously injured in the crash were transported from the scene about 30 minutes later, the fire department tweeted.Two minors were also treated for minor injuries at the scene and released, said Capt. Steve Oswald, a Fire Department spokesman.
