Seattle,WA : Downtown I-5 rollover crash was hit-and-run; witnesses sought on June, Thursday 15th 2017

A driver was taken to the hospital after a rollover crash along Interstate 5 Thursday morning in downtown Seattle. The Washington State Patrol is now looking for witnesses who saw the accident, which was determined to be a hit-and-run.
Troopers and medics responded to the scene, in the southbound express lanes of I-5 near Seneca Street, at about 4:50 a.m. after receiving reports of a bad crash.
A 2001 Chrysler Town and Country van was found on its side. The driver, a 60-year-old man, sustained a broken arm and other possible injuries. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center.
A preliminary investigation found that the van was heading south on I-5 just south of the Convention Center when the driver made a lane change and struck the rear end of a semi-trailer that was also heading south. The van then struck the barrier and rolled onto its side. The semi rig continued on without stopping.
