Hagerstown, MD : No one hurt in U.S. 40 crash east of Hagerstown on May, Wednesday, 17th 2017
The driver of a Hyundai Accent was struck from behind at the intersection of Beaver Creek Road and U.S. 40 east of Hagerstown Wednesday afternoon, according to Maryland State Police.
The driver of the Hyundai was waiting to make a left turn onto Beaver Creek Road when the vehicle was struck from behind by a Nissan Altima, police Cpl. R. Kulina said.
Drivers of both eastbound vehicles refused medical treatment at the scene of the crash, which was reported at 3:41 p.m. U.S. 40 was closed for about five minutes to give fire trucks enough room at the scene, Kulina said.
