A Colerain Township man is dead after he drove over an embankment off Interstate 75 near Sharonville early Wednesday morning.

Jesse Fatora, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene after the one-vehicle crash on E. Kemper Road around 1 a.m., according to Sharonville police.

A female passenger was taken to West Chester Medical Center and treated for minor injuries, police said. Another passenger was not injured.

An investigation is ongoing and police are not saying whether alcohol or drugs were involved.

Fatora was traveling northbound on I-75 when he drove the car off the left side of the highway and into a grassy median, police said. It was near where the median ends at an overpass, and the vehicle went "from the median and down the embankment where it landed onto E. Kemper Road," according to police.
