Leitchfield, KY : Man injured in Grayson Springs Road on May, Friday, 12th 2017
A truck overturned off of Grayson Springs Road, sending an 18-year-old to the hospital on Friday afternoon, May 12.
At around 4:01 p.m. on Friday, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO), Clarkson Volunteer Fire Department, and Grayson County EMS responded to 2859 Grayson Springs Rd. in Clarkson on a reported injury crash.
Prior to the crash, a red Chevrolet S10, driven by 18-year-old Brandon Logsdon, of the Snap community, was rounding a wet curve just before 2859 Grayson Springs Rd. when he lost control, investigating GCSO Deputy Joey Beasley said.
The Chevrolet then left the roadway and flipped about three times before coming to a rest upside down, according to Beasley.
Logsdon, who was standing and alert on the scene, was transported by Grayson County EMS to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center to receive treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, Beasley said.
The Chevrolet was disabled as a result of the crash and towed from the scene by a wrecker service.
