LASALLE Co, IL : Deadly pedestrian crash in LaSalle County on Monday, 8th July 2024

Illinois State Police say a pedestrian has died following a car vs. pedestrian crash Monday morning.

The crash took place on Interstate 80 at mile marker 71 in LaSalle County, police say.

Police rerouted traffic while the scene of the crash was cleared. The roadway is now open.
