Lee County ,FL : Truck crashes into back of school bus near Briarcliff Road on Wednesday afternoon ,June 3rd 2015

A truck plowed into the back of a school bus about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon in Fort Myers near Briarcliff Road and South Tamiami Trail.

Nine students were on board at the time from Fort Myers Middle School, but no one was hurt.

The truck driver said the bus stopped suddenly according to our crews on the scene. The sheriff's office says the truck driver was at fault.

No identifications have been released at this time.

The school bus continued on its route with the students on board.
