Marshall, MO : A one-vehicle accident occurred on U.S. Highway 65 on Thursday, 29th March 2018
A one-vehicle accident occurred on U.S. Highway 65, near the Blackwater River bridge, at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28.
The vehicle was found partly submerged in water.
According to Marshall Fire Department Battalion Chief Steve Fornshell, one person was taken by ambulance to Fitzgibbon Hospital for precautionary reasons.
“He had been in the cold water,” Fornshell added. “There were no physical injuries that we could find.”
The Saline County Ambulance District, MFD and the Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted on scene.
