TOLEDO, OH : Driver indicted in hit-and-run crash that killed 72-year-old pedestrian on Monday, 25th March 2024

A driver accused of a deadly hit-and-run crash in west Toledo was indicted by a grand jury on Monday.

Kyle Hassan-Morgan, 26, was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after an accident.

According to court documents, 72-year-old Ralph Hamilton Jr. was crossing Douglas Road when struck by a vehicle driven by Morgan on June 20, 2023. Morgan initially stopped before fleeing the scene of the crash, police said.
