Jacksonville, FL : Jacksonville pedestrian killed in Westside hit-and-run crash identified on Monday, 7th January 2019

A Jacksonville man is dead following a hit-and-run crash Monday night on Normandy Boulevard, according to a Florida Highway Patrol traffic report.

At approximately 9:02 p.m., Charles Nicholas aybuck, 29, was in the travel lane when a car driving east on Normandy Blvd near Lane Avenue hit him, troopers stated.

The driver of the vehicle fled the area, continuing east on Normandy Blvd, the report stated.
