Pittsburgh, PA : Clarksville man killed in crash in Fredericktown on Tuesday, 23rd August, 2016

A 46-year-old Clarksville man died after the vehicle he was driving on Morey Road in Fredericktown crossed the center line and struck a fire hydrant and a tree Tuesday afternoon.

The Washington County coroner's office said James Luzier was not wearing a seat belt when the accident occurred just before 5 p.m. He was pronounced dead 90 minutes later at Mon Valley Hospital.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
