Norton, MA: Woman loses control of car, killed in I-495 crash on Thursday, July 16th 2015

The driver of a car who lost control of her vehicle on Interstate 495 in Norton Thursday morning was killed in the resulting crash, Massachusetts State Police said.
Dominica E. Howard, 31, of Norwood, lost control of her 1998 Saturn when another vehicle changed lanes in front of her.The Saturn crossed the median and into the oncoming lanes of the highway where it was struck by a 2005 Nissan Maxima.Howard, who police said was not wearing a seatbelt, sustained critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital.The driver of the Nissan will not be charged, police said. However, the driver of the car that changed lanes, a 47-year-old woman from Norton, has been located and is said to be cooperating with police.
