Rochester ,NH : 29 - Years old James Curit Drunk driver crashes into Rochester home on early Saturday morning ,May 9th 2015
Police say a drunk driver struck a house in Rochester early Saturday morning.
According to police, James Curit, 29, of Rochester was traveling eastbound on Highland Street when his vehicle crossed over the westbound side of the roadway and struck the home at 65 Highland Street.
The enclosed porch on the front of the house was heavily damaged. Ronald Rouleau, who was inside the porch at the time of the collision, was taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Curit and his passenger, Ashley Maclean, 24, of Sanford, Maine were also taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Curit was charged with aggravated drive while intoxicated. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance. Curit will be arraigned on May 18 at 8 a.m. at the Rochester Court.
The crash remains under investigation by the Rochester Police Department and the Strafford County Regional Accident Reconstruction scene.
