Port Angeles, WA : 31-year old man killed in a Port Angeles traffic collision Tuesday August 11th 2015

The 31-year old man who was killed in a Port Angeles traffic collision, was under surveillance by the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET) at the time of his death.
Port Angeles Police report that 31-year old Albert Boe IV, of Port Angeles, ran a stop sign at the intersection of southbound Washington Street and 8th Street, and then collided with a car driven by 49-year old Rebecca Doherty of Port Angeles. That collision took place at about 1:30 PM on Tuesday.
Chief Criminal Deputy for the Clallam County Sheriff's Department, Brian King, confirmed that Boe was part of an active OPNET investigation.
