Crash on Turnpike closes left lanes north and southbound near Okeechobee Boulevard

Both north and southbound left lanes near Okeechobee Boulevard on Florida’s Turnpike are blocked because of an accident, according to the FHP website.The crash happened just before 9 a.m.
