Goshen,IN : Four injured in crash that flipped vehicle on may, Friday 26th 2017
Four people where injured in a two-vehicle crash at Plymouth Avenue and 15th Street in Goshen at 11:34 p.m. Friday.
According to Goshen police, a 2009 Dodge Caliber driven by Rebekah J. Bontrager, 19, 56570 C.R. 27, Goshen, was northbound on 15th Street. Bontrager told police she did not realize there was a stop sign at the Plymouth Avenue intersection. When she entered the intersection, the Caliber collided with a 2003 GM Envoy driven by Jacqueline L. Kundrat, 28, 2738 Pinewood Drive, Goshen.
Kundrat was westbound on Plymouth Avenue. The impact caused her vehicle to spin, strike the curbing and then flip onto the driver’s side and slide into a tree at 1111 W. Plymouth Ave.
The Caliber came to rest against another tree, just west of Kundrat’s vehicle.
Bontrager suffered minor bleeding to her face.
Kundrat suffered minor bleeding to her shoulder area. Her passengers, Michael Leach, 26, 2738 Pinewood Drive, Goshen, and Matthew King, 30, 804 E. Douglas St., Goshen, both had minor injuries. Leach had minor bleeding to his face and King had pain to his elbow and lower arm.
All four refused medical treatment.
