Port Everglades, FL : One person dead after being run over by tractor-trailer in Port Everglades on Wednesday, February 10, 2016

One person is dead after a crash involving a tractor trailer at Port Everglades.

Fire rescue responded to the scene on 4000 McIntosh Road after they received a call that someone had been run over by a tractor trailer.

Officials attempted to lift the vehicle off the adult male victim, but they were unable to revive him, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

The accident appears to only be affecting traffic on McIntosh Road.
