Columbus,OH : Semi-truck driver was high on heroin before I-74 jackknife crash on August, Friday 18th 2017
Green Township Police say a semi-truck driver was high on heroin when he caused a crash that shut down Interstate 74 during rush hour Friday.
Scotty R. Kinmon, 28, lost consciousness before his tractor trailer jackknifed near the North Bend Road exit. The semi struck a guardrail and blocked all westbound lanes.
Other motorists pulled Kinmon out of the cab and started CPR, police say.
