Coconut Creek, FL : Broward transit bus, 2 cars involved in a crash in Coconut Creek on Friday morning, May 20, 2016

The driver of a Broward County Transit bus and four passengers required hospital treatment for minor injuries after being involved in a crash in Coconut Creek.

The bus on Route 42, near the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Lyons Road was rear-ended while at a bus stop around 6:20 a.m. Friday, said transit spokeswoman Ana Bravo.

The crash involved the bus, a Toyota Camry, and a Nissan Altima.

Personnel from the Margate/Coconut Creek Fire Department were at the scene. They escorted the woman who had been driving the bus to a waiting ambulance.
