Anne Arundel County, MD : Motorcycle driver seriously injured in Glen Burnie crash on Sunday night, September 11, 2016

One person was seriously injured Sunday night in Glen Burnie when the motorcycle he was operating hit a curb, a spokesman for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said.

Firefighters responded just after 8:15 p.m. to the area of Tanyard Springs Lane and Heritage Crossing, Capt. Russ Davies said.

They found a 28-year-old man who had been ejected from his motorcycle when it struck a curb.

The man was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with injuries believed to be serious but not life-threatening, Davies said.
