HOWARD COUNTY, MD : 28-year-old man from Texas killed in Howard County crash on Friday, 23rd June 2023

Howard County police are investigating a deadly crash in Columbia overnight.

At approximately 11:38AM, a 2023 Tesla Model 3 was traveling eastbound on Route 175 when it drove through the intersection and struck a guard rail and a traffic signal pole.

The driver, Bryan Jesus Chaparro, 28, of Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene, officials say.
