Madera , OH : 19 - years old motorist arrested and police chase en after Crashed Police Cruiser while Fleeing from police on Sunday night ,April 5th 2015

- A motorist fleeing police on I-71 crashed into a Madeira police cruiser Sunday night, authorities said.

No one was injured and the driver, identified as Lord McDade, 19, was arrested. He faces charges of felonious assault, fleeing or eluding police, resisting arrest and OVI.

The incident started when Montgomery police tried to initiate a traffic stop at Montgomery and Galbraith roads at 8:10 p.m., police said. McDade took off and drove north on I-71, police said.

Police used stop sticks and the vehicle slowed to about 20 mph and hit the passenger side of the cruiser near at Deerfield Park.
