Charlotte, NC : High speed chase leaves 22-year-old dead on I-485 in a Jaguar XJ-6 on Saturday, October 4, 2014

One person is dead after a high speed chase with Cabarrus County Sheriff's deputies. Police say 22-year-old Jashavius Everick Williams sped off from a traffic stop on I-485 in a Jaguar XJ-6. Police stopped Williams for a fake license tag in Cabarrus County. That's when they say Williams got out of the car, then got back in the car and drove away. Officials say Williams was driving 90 mph before losing control of the car, hitting a curb and then a tree. No one else was in the car. The crash happened around 5 p.m. on Robinson Church Road Saturday. The Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office is conducting the investigation. Source : High speed chase leaves 22-year-old dead
