Lewiston,ID : Several people injured in Highway 12 crash west of Clarkston on June, Wednesday 21th 2017

A two-vehicle, head-on crash forced a closure of U.S. Highway 12 west of Clarkston near its intersection with Evans Road this afternoon.


Five people were transported to the hospital as a result of the crash. No information regarding the severity of their injuries was immediately available.


The crash occurred at about 4 p.m. The highway was closed in both directions, but traffic resumed around 5 p.m.
