TULSA, OK : Fatal head-on collision in LeFlore County leaves one dead teenager hospitalized on Saturday, 22nd July 2023

On Saturday, July 22, around 9:40 p.m. police responded to a fatal car crash approximately 9 miles west of Spiro, OK in LeFlore County.

Driver one was in a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado going eastbound on OK-9, and driver two in a 2021 Nissan Versa was westbound on OK-9.

Driver one who is 17-years-old went left of center and struck drive two head-on.
