Janesville,WI : Man died in crash identified on June, Sunday 11th 2017

The driver who died in a crash with a semitrailer truck Sunday afternoon on Highway 14 was Joey A. Sanders, 45, of Oregon, Wisconsin, the Rock County Medical Examiner's Department announced Tuesday.

The crash was reported at 2:56 p.m. on Highway 14 near County O. Sanders was the only occupant of a pickup truck that hit the semi while passing, according to a news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Autopsy results confirm Sanders died from injuries sustained in the traffic crash.

Additional testing is underway, and the death remains under investigation.
