Pueblo, CO : Antonito man died after ATV hit by a truck in southern Colorado on Saturday afternoon, Oct 10, 2015

Authorities say a 76-year-old man was killed when a pickup truck hit his all-terrain vehicle in southern Colorado.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports Sandy Lawrence was turning to cross Colorado 17 west of Antonito when he was struck Saturday afternoon. Neither the 40-year-old man who was driving the truck, nor his passenger, was injured.

Colorado State Patrol investigators do not believe speeding, alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
