Kansas City, MO : Man dies in motorcycle crash on Blue Parkway in Kansas City on Saturday, Aug 8, 2015

One male is dead after a motorcycle crash on 350 highway shortly after midnight.

Police say the motorcycle ran off the roadway at 12015 Blue Parkway and hit a group of trees.

WB 350 highway was closed at Noland road for a time while officers investigated.

KC Police Chief Darryl Forte says he's not sure if speed or impairment may have contributed to the crash.

The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
