SAN ANTONIO, TX : 5-year-old boy killed when thrown from vehicle, driver charged with manslaughter on Tuesday, 4th July 2023

A preschooler is dead after a tragic accident on the North Side of San Antonio Tuesday afternoon.

The deadly accident happened around 5:30 p.m. along Interstate 10 West near Santa Paula Avenue.

Police said a 46-year-old woman was driving when her 2012 Nissan Rogue was rear-ended after she slammed on her brakes.
