Columbia,SC : 1 dead in Lexington County crash on March, Thursday 22nd 2018

One person died in a single-vehicle crash in Gaston late Thursday night.

Around 10:35 p.m. on Woodtrail Drive, a person driving a Ford Ranger truck ran off the right side of the road, losing control and overturning the vehicle, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.

The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, died as a result of the crash, according to the Highway Patrol.

William Timothy Mixon, 49, of Gaston, was identified as the victim by the Lexington County Coroner's Office.
