EL PASO, TX : 2 teens killed in T-bone crash after running red light on Gateway North at McCombs on Wednesday, 21st June 2023

Two teens died after running a red light and causing a crash on Gateway North at McCombs Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened around 2:29 p.m. at the intersection of 11300 Gateway North and 11400 McCombs.

The preliminary investigation revealed that 19-year-old Daniel Riley Thurman was driving a 2010 Toyota Scion XB on Gateway North and an 18-year-old was riding as a passenger.

Officials said Thurman ran the red light.
