Yoakum County, TX : 1 hospitalzed after motorcycle crash in Yoakum County on U.S. 82 near FM 1780 on Saturday, 1st September 2018

One person suffered serious injuries after a motorcycle crash in Yoakum County Saturday morning.

About 8 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a single motorcycle crash on U.S. 82 near FM 1780, said DPS Sgt. John Gonzalez.

The motorcycle was traveling north on U.S. 82/385 when the driver lost control.

The driver, Ryan Owen Johnson, 34 of Levelland, was transported to University Medical Center by Aerocare with incapacitating injuries, said Gonzalez.

The crash remained under investigation Saturday.
