Pacoima, CA : 1 gravely injured, 4 seriously hurt in Pacoima crash on Saturday, 14th November, 2020

A two-car crash in Pacoima late Saturday left one person with life-threatening injuries and four others seriously hurt, Los Angeles firefighters said.

The crash occurred at Van Nuys and Glenoaks boulevards, a busy intersection that often sees violent crashes; the Los Angeles Police Department installed a traffic camera there a few years ago due to the frequency of crashes.

At around 9 p.m. a white, older model SUV and a black sedan collided at the intersection. The crash aftermath showed the SUV with a crumpled front section and the sedan smashed in its center.
