La Crosse, WI : Video of fatal Holmen crash released on Thursday, September 7, 2017

Surveillance video released by the Holmen Police Department depicts the fatal Aug. 7 crash involving a suspected impaired septic truck driver.

Corey Bolstad, 34, was driving a Dodge Ram septic pump truck south on Sand Lake Road when a witness said he passed her in the oncoming lane and then hit the back of a Ford Explorer, causing it to roll several times. Bolstad’s truck then continued about 1/10 of a mile before crashing into a house.
