Port Angeles,WA : Port Ludlow woman airlifted after Highway 104 wreck on November, Sunday 26th 2017

A Port Ludlow woman was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center after a two-vehicle wreck at the junction of state highways 19 and 104 on Sunday afternoon.

Marci E. Huttunen, 47, was injured after a Ram pickup hauling a travel trailer pulled out from Highway 19 in front of the Ford Ranger she was driving, causing her to hit the trailer at about 2:07 p.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.

Brian S. Bolinger, 47, of Bremerton, driving the Ram, attempted to turn into the eastbound lanes on Highway 104 from Highway 19. There were three others in his vehicle, including a 46-year-old woman, a 16-year-old girl and a 2-year-old girl. They were all uninjured.

The Ford Ranger was totaled and the Ram was driven from the scene. Huttunen’s condition was unavailable Sunday.

The cause of the wreck remained under investigation Sunday afternoon, according to WSP.
