Wayne Township , OH : One woman killed and several others injured in Crash after Three Vehicle Crash in Butler County on Friday ,February 13th 2015

A woman is dead and several others are injured after a crash Friday involving three vehicles in Wayne Township, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

The woman was driving a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and pronounced dead at the scene at SR 73 and Jacksonburg Road, Butler County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ed Tanner told

A passenger in the pickup truck was flown by medical helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

Tanner said a preliminary investigation indicated the pickup truck was traveling south on Jacksonburg Road when it failed to stop for a stop sign and was hit by a large dump truck traveling west on SR 73.

The dump truck also struck a car heading eastbound on SR 73, causing it to land upside down in a ditch.

The drivers of the dump truck and the car were taken to a nearby hospital by emergency crews. Authorities have not released any information on their conditions.
