GREER, SC : Collision kills driver morning in Greer on Saturday, 17th February 2024

The Greer Police Department said one person is dead after two vehicles collided Saturday just before 11:20 a.m.

Officials said the accident occurred near the intersection of SC 101 and Highway 296 (Reidville Road).

Preliminary findings show that a Honda CR-V was sitting at a traffic light at the intersection on Highway 101 when a Nissan Altima traveling southbound struck the Honda from behind, the Police Department said.
