CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC : 1 dead, 8 injured in 2-car accident on Savannah Hwy on Saturday, 18th November 2023

Eight people were injured and one killed during a two-car crash Saturday night.
Deputies with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded to a collision that shut down a portion of Savannah Highway near St. Paul Station 4 around 9:00 p.m.
When deputies arrived, they found nine people who were injured; one of those individuals later died.
The sheriff’s office said most of the injuries were minor.
Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal later identified the victim as 37-year-old Nathen Head of Ravenel.
