Boulder, CO : 54-year-old woman dies in UTV accident in Boulder County on Wednesday evening, July 6, 2016

A 54-year-old woman was killed after rolling a utility task vehicle on Lee Hill Drive in Boulder on Wednesday evening, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

State Trooper Nate Reid said that the woman died at the scene from her injuries, and a 12-year-old boy was taken to Boulder Community Health's Foothills Hospital with serious injuries.

Reid said the woman was driving the vehicle and made a u-turn in a driveway at a residence on the 2000 block of Lee Hill Drive at about 7:15 p.m. and rolled it down an embankment.

The Boulder County Coroner's Office has not released the woman's identity. Police said drugs, alcohol and speed are not considered factors in the crash.
