Kingsbury,NY : Man charged with DWI after collision on March, Saturday 17th 2018

A Hudson Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday night after he backed into another vehicle in a parking lot on Route 4, police said.

Stephen M. Trybendis Jr., 48, was charged with misdemeanor DWI after police were called about a collision in a parking lot just before 11 p.m., according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

No injuries were reported, but Trybendis was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was charged with misdemeanor DWI and issued several traffic tickets before he was released after arraignment.

Sheriff's deputies Brad Hamilton and Ethan Macura and Sgt. David Buxton handled the investigation.
