Buckeye, AZ : One person has died another has been hospitalized an accident at Yuma Road On Sunday, July 17th, 2016

One person has died and another person has been hospitalized following an accident near 195th Avenue and Yuma Road in Buckeye on Sunday, according to Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office officials.

A white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck rear-ended a white four-door hatchback Sunday evening.

According to MCSO, the passengers in the hatchback were transported to the hospital. A woman in her 20s died at the hospital from her injuries and a man in his 30s has serious injuries but was in stable condition Sunday

evening, according to MCSO.

The truck's driver, a man in his 20s, is being investigated for impairment, officials said.
