Weslaco, TX : Six passengers injured after four-vehicle crash on El Dora Road on Wednesday morning, February 25, 2015
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is investigating a four-vehicle crash that occurred early Wednesday morning, according to a news release.
The crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. on El Dora Road, west of Alamo Road, when the driver of a blue 2007 Pontiac G5 traveling eastbound on El Dora Road struck a car in front of him, causing a chain reaction that hit two other cars, according to the release.
A total of six passengers, all from three different vehicles, were transported to a local hospital for minor injuries.
The driver of the Pontiac was not transported to a hospital and received a ticket for failure to control speed, according to the release.
