Howard County, MD: Converse man dies in Howard County crash on Wednesday, 11th July 2018

A Converse man died Wednesday following a two-car crash in Howard County.

At 2:23 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, deputies with the Howard County Sheriff’s Department responded to a traffic crash involving injuries at the intersection of Indiana 19 and County Road 200 South.

Preliminary investigations indicate a white 2006 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, driven by Thomas A. Biggs, 63, Converse, turned northbound onto Ind.19 from County Road 200 South.

At the same time, a yellow 2007 Dodge Ram pickup, driven by David L. Neese, Elwood, was traveling southbound on Ind. 19 approaching County Road 200 South.

Police say the two cars then collided.
