oman was killed and her two daughters were critically injured in a crash in West Baltimore's Leakin Park Tuesday night, police said.Two cars were involved in the crash in the 4000 block of N. Franklintown Road, police said.
The woman, who was not identified, was taken to a hospital, where she died at about 6:10 p.m., police said. The girls, ages 5 and 9, were hospitalized in "critical and unstable condition," city police spokeswoman Lt. Sarah Connolly said.
The driver of the second car was taken to a hospital with nonfatal injuries and is in stable condition, police said.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation.
