Rehoboth firefighters stand by a car that was involved in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of routes 118 and 44 late Monday morning.

The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, but the injuries weren't believed to be too serious.

A sign, shown in the other photo, indicating Route 44 was taken down in the crash.
