Bourne , MA : Pedestrian struck and killed by a pickup truck while crossing a highway on-ramp on Thursday, November 20th 2014

Bourne police are investigating the death of a pedestrian struck and killed by a pickup truck while crossing a highway on-ramp. Police say the victim was struck at about 5 p.m. Thursday while trying to cross the Route 25 on-ramp from Route 28. Officers performed CPR on the male victim until he was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup truck remained on the scene.
