York, PA : Three people injured in two-car crash in Heidelberg Township on Friday, July 15, 2016
Three people were injured in a crash on Old Hanover Road in Heidelberg Township on Friday, according to a news release from Southwestern Regional Police.
A silver Chevy Cobalt was traveling westbound and struck an eastbound silver Jeep Commando nearly head on, according to Southwestern Regional Police Chief Gregory Bean.
"All parties involved have been transported by ambulance to York Hospital," Bean said.
None of the injuries appear to be life-threatening, according to the news release.
The driver of the Chevy Cobalt was 48-year-old Abraham Hlorkah of York.
The driver of the Jeep was 37-year-old Richard Perez of Abbottstown. His passenger, who Perez said is his wife, was 27-year-old Arelis Santiago-Lugo.
The roadway was closed between Colonial Valley and Menges Mills roads for about 90 minutes, according to the news release. Porters Fire and Spring Grove Fire responded and assisted at the scene.
