Maple Grove, MN: Two people are dead after Manitowoc County crash on Saturday Morning , 15th November 2014

Two people are dead after an early morning crash Saturday in the Town of Maple Grove, according to the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Department. Authorities are investigating, but the crash appears to be alcohol related, the agency said in a news release. According to the Sheriff's Office: Deputies and rescue workers were called to the scene on County Highway K, just west of County Highway G, at 2:37 a.m. A westbound vehicle had left the roadway and collided with a tree. The 21-year-old driver and 23-year-old passenger were trapped inside. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities were being withheld pending notification of family.
