LAS VEGAS, NV : Man struck killed by car in southwest Las Vegas on Sunday, 3rd November 2024

Las Vegas police are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian Sunday night.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash occurred on South Durango Drive, south of Blue Diamond Road around 8:07 p.m.

The crash involved a 2012 Toyota Corolla traveling south on Durango, and a pedestrian who crossed the road outside a crosswalk. The Toyota struck the pedestrian and knocked him to the ground.

Arriving medical crews took the pedestrian to UMC Trauma, where he would later die.
