Van Buren, OH : Two teenagers injured in a two-vehicle crash in Hancock County on Monday, May 23, 2016

Two teens were injured in a two-vehicle accident in northern Hancock County at about 1:08 p.m. Monday.

Jacob Badertscher, 18, of Findlay, and a 17-year-old passenger were taken by Hanco Ambulance to Blanchard Valley Hospital following the accident. No information has been released on the passenger.

According to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, Badertscher was driving a 2009 Chevy Cobalt east on Allen Township 108, when his car was struck by a 2009 Saturn Vue driven by Pamela Nelson, 58, of McComb. Nelson was attempting to turn left from Allen Township 230 onto Township 108 when the the cars collided.

Nelson was not injured. No citations were listed on the report.
